You were lucky to get near it. They were 3 deep when I was there so took no notice of the bike, then ordered one in the new year to replace my 2018 S1000xr.Saw one at a bike show, really not a fan of the looks I’m afraid, although I’m sure it will be a great bike

If any one is interested, CJ Ball Norwich have 3 but all sold and it looks like current orders are being delivered over the next month or so. It also looks like they are concentrating on orders not demo-bikes for the foreseeable future. But I am not sure about press bike fleet but keep a look out in the usual suspects MCN, Ride etc.
I've just had a call from my dealer and due to a late order cancellation and I am next on the list would I like my bike in 2 weeks. After much deliberation (1 min) I said yes. I am also pushing for a free first service after waiting 7 months.
Order latest - this Thursday 16th will be "new Bike day". I'll make sure I check the oil.
I ordered mine on release and then was told of the delay so cancelled it got a call from Miles kingsport whilst riding the new Africa twin Adventure sport around the Pyrenees in 40 degree heat!! saying that they did not cancel it, as if I did not want it they could sell it anyway, but he knows what im like. so I said id have it, ordered it with the sports pack urban pack and comfort pack now comes to £15.600 and will be delivered to me early August so I can do all the bits I want to it for it to be registered for the 1st of September on the new reg

No test rides and it's due to be going to customer in a week or so.

Funny I Ordered the Red and emailed Yesterday requesting to change the colour to Deep Mud Grey, but only if it does not delay the delivery, got son in law poised and ready to paint the front mudguard side pods, belly pan, pannier & top box inserts, my Schuberth C5 and rear seat cowel in the same colour, should look nice

Well that didnt go well if I want to change the order to Grey the bike wont be in till mid to late October the red one will be in on the 15th of August so Red it is then !!

Yes, I was over on the Isle of Wight today and Church St Motorcycles had one. I’m surprised how classy it looks in the flesh. Doesn’t look like a cheap parts bin special at all. And the seat height is reasonable - even the comfort seat, which looked wide and flat. Great price, but I guess Honda had to in the face of Chinese competition.

Agreed, I saw one in Farnham Honda yesterday, in red. It looked like a very high quality bike, a great in that colour.

Dobles in Coulsdon have a demonstrator. My neighbour is taking for a spin on Tuesday.
My mate is waiting for his silver Spencer look a like; he keeps phoning but no definite answers.
