I had a better look at the bearing today
Got the blow lamp on it and use a suitable socket to get it moving,
Then i lubed the new bearing and stuck the whole lot in the vice,
and used the new bearing to press the old out and insert the new
Replacement was as Haynes would say reverse the removal process
intersting, they have changed the M10 screw from a 6mm hex fitting to a T40 Torx
I thought the 6mm hex had stripped the head out when trying to torque it up
Turns out i hadnt inserted it far enough into the screw Phew! .
Might have a look at the side stand next , that looking a bit slow to return
