The last boorman adventure there was good and the money does go to charity..
Anyway I have got my ticket..
yeh i know it wont last long as he did not complete it but its all for charity mate!!
On FRIDAY the 20th of OCTOBER we will be hosting a massive social event where Charley Boorman from 'The Long Way Round' fame will be visiting us and sharing his experiences of the 2006 Dakar Rallye. There is a television series being launched later this year about the rallye with Charley as the star and this will be an ideal opportunity for you to get the inside track and an autograph from the man himself.
The evening will commence at 7 pm with a reception at our showroom, followed by Charley Boorman's presentation and ending with refreshments compliments of SBW Motorrad. Please call any member of staff at SBW Motorrad as soon as you can on 01992-583135 to book your place as there will only be 200 tickets available. Last time Charley visited us we were massively over subscribed for the event which proved to be a great night out.
Tickets are now on sale for £15 each and all proceeds will be donated to Meldreth Manor a local school for children with cerebral palsy.
