Yeah I don’t normally go for that sort of thing but it works for me. Also has had heads done, ‘street’ cams, gear drive cams, new progressive shocks.

The sharp eyed will notice that this wasn’t sub-£5k. But it works out much cheaper than getting a fixer and buying all the bits.

I’m a slow learner, but getting there.

Looks a great base for making the Harley that you really want....

Like BMWs, they get under your skin. That lazy lazy engine dragging you through the wind, rain, night, heat, cold, becomes a real friend.

The gear drive for the cams is a good upgrade on the 88ci engine. An expensive job, but can be even more expensive
if it doesn't have it.
I like the old FB's, I always see an art deco dedign in them which I love. You should get yourself a couple of classic Fat Boy
chrome tank badges (also art deco). Just a suggestion.

Not sure what else I want apart from a small screen tbh? Its had all the engine work done, has the aftermarket exhaust and panniers. And aftermarket shocks and fork spring upgrades done.

Mebbe led headlight and indicators?

Custom paint job is missing the Harley badges so I’ll put those back on.

Otherwise I guess just ride the thing - I think any ‘performance’ upgrades are largely unnecessary.

Having just sold my RKS, I am now busy selling bits from it and HD stuff I have speculatively bought over the years. I am truly shocked at what the (now) selling price has accumulated to and what I must have spent either buying the stuff new or 2nd hand that I never even used. WTF was I thinking?.!,
