I reckon we’ll be there between 13-14:00 and Adie thinks we’re walking to the circuit to watch some practicing. I’m far from convinced and favour taking in some local produce but we’ll see how it goes tomorrow.

Final Preparations today - For this trip I've fitted and balanced a nice new set of tyres; completed a minor service and even found time to give it a quick clean!

Off to pack my travel bag with essentials, ready for a 4.30am meet up to make a 5.45am crossing at Eurotunnel . I'm hoping for a great weekend of racing and socialising with friends ........ hope to see some of you there.

It will be at a premium later in the weekend, by when we’ll be millionaires, Rodney.

I intend to sell by the ‘Yorkshire measure’ of three sheets per person. One for the up-stroke, one for the down and one to polish.

There’ll be someone else we (as in me and Mrs B) know at the municipal campsite over the weekend and he’ll be on a Himalayan so feel free to walk past and comment that he’s on a lovely horse and he’ll ask who the fuck you are

I'm currently enjoying my luxury accommodation on the outskirts of Dunkerque. If I can get my arse in gear tomorrow morning, I'll try to be away before 10, at the Chimay campsite about 12:30.

I didn’t take any photos of bikes or the racing because I was sidetracked by alcohol.

I think we all had a decent enough weekend, I’m now in Namur with the wife, Wapping is off to St Omer and Eddie is heading for the NE.

You’ll just have to go yourself if you want to see the bikes

I've just booked (sent an e mail enquiry) for next week. 3 days routes need to be planned tomorrow as I leave Thursday am for aachen. I'll be in Chimay from Sunday to Thursday am. Seen the Wallonia tourist site etc and wappings' suggestions but routes downloaded just have a start and end point. Unless their are ghost points included I am hesitant to believe these routes will transfer correctly. Hey Ho

There won’t be much going on in Chimay, the racing next weekend is in Gedinne.

We’re going to be arriving late on Thursday so I need to call the campsite and make sure that’s ok or we’ll be sleeping in the VW and turning up early on Friday
