Clamp fittings for replacement light bar

Hi All, Gypsymagpie bent his light bar so I`ve made him a new one

Does anyone know where I can get the fittings which allow stuff like this to be attached to the tubular frame which runs under the beak?

I`ve tried Migsel (who make the light bar) but they have offered regrets on supply.

If that's the case why don't gypsymagpie use his original fittings
