I don't think Klunk (note correct spelling) was in Wacky Races, Only Dick Dastardly and Muttley.
Klunk was a member of Dick Dastardly's Vulture Squad in 'Stop the Pidgeon'
Klunk was the madcap inventor and mechanic of the outfit whose increasingly unbalanced and fantastic machines consistently fail to stop the pigeon. The crazed Klunk spoke in garbled 'whoops', whistles and noises which made him impossible to understand to anyone except Zilly.
