I am looking for a favour from anyone who knows who has one of idealy some one who uses one in their workplace.

i have a calliper bracket made up for my own bike but its is made of plates welded and machined out of mild steel so weighs a lot. was looking to get an exact copy of it made from something like stainless or high strenght aluminium.

anyone here able give hand or know where could go, priced few machine shops and they were bloody dear

well have to whip part off the calliper tomorrow i hope so will take a pic

KLX 300

it is a bit like the Honda scene , they had a XR400 engine in the quad with electric start . but it never made it to the bike , Then the Suzuki DRZ came along and changed the market

well simple fix, buy the elec start, stator and startor gear on ebay, need the left hand cover and then put them intot he xr400. you can either put the quad crank in or get an adaptor from xrstuff in uk and ther eyou go an elec xr.

i would pick the xr over drz just for honda reliability

but the klx was soe bike, opity never kept them going as were great
