Does anyone know if the coding plug does anything other than allow the Enduro Pro mode to be selected?

Does it effect the way in which the ESA behaves in the other modes?

Yes.:thumb It stores your suspension setting if you change from the default, for example, if you set the ESA to soft, while in dynamic, it will remember this the next time you ride the bike.:rob:beerjug:

No offense meant Windy. Is your statement evidence based ?

Thanks Rich, that's what I was looking for :thumb2

Had already read the manual hence the question as it didn't explain this.

"If the coding plug is not fitted, the basic setting specified by the riding mode will be set after each mode change. If the coding plug is fitted, the driver's adjustments are retained for all modes."

Is it just me that finds it hard reading anything that is on paper rather than an electronic version?
