Anyone been out on the bike and not put your heated grips on?

I've only some 500 odd miles since the new year:jager but I've never had the heated grips off, and wearing me clumpy winter gear to boot.

Out today and froze me nads off again (perhaps heated undercrackers needed also)

Obviously question don't apply to Clem and his unheated beastie :P

Call yourself a biker?

When I were young, we were so poor that we couldn't afford heated grips!

Rode all the way from Satan Delightfull to Shell station at Annitsfraud and back wearing only a thong and BMX gloves.

Funny thing.
Wi' my heated grips I find my hands are warmer if I use my summer gloves rather than my thick ones.
Suppose it's the thin palms - lets in more heat !

Out today over to the Lakes with the Boundary 500 group.
A bit nippy over the tops

Lidl base layer, Aldi ski mid layer, tw*t jacket - no bother
Aldi crane waterproof gloves - reasonably toasty

Heated waistcoat has been retired until the winter :Motomartin

In the post MOT delights and sunshine down here is the rural fen I turned my grips down a bit... does that count?:beerjug:

Heated grips on medium and muffs were on today. I'm getting old n cold like so many of the GS elders.

went to the Scottish bike show and back today, only used the heated grips occasionally, It was actually warmer this evening than during the day.
