Used some the other day for the first time Battery was a bit low and just did not have enough go in it!
One quick spray in the intake and BANG of it fires first hit.

I was told that do not use it to often as it can damage the engine.

So whats this stuff made of Butane gas?:nenau

I certainly wouldn't use it too often. Apparently over use can damage the valve seats.

I think it had been just left for a while and gave it that extra boost, obviously if it happens again then there is a problem but having a few bikes this time of year you are not going to get to use them all.
will run it more often in the future

don't use it to much - your engine can become addicted to it -

I'm not joking

Yep! Bent crankshafts are not unheard of either:-

Functional Bulletin of the Project Manager for Bradley Fighting Vehicles
Number 5, April 1991

Ether Assisted Engine Starting Hazard

Using ether to assist in starting the Bradley Vehicle engine can result in explosive damage to the vehicle engine and possible injury to soldiers.

True: engines get addicted to it some of my customers use on it forklifts because they are too tight to call me and check out the glow start, My advice 'don't use it fix it', if it's due to lack of use pay £40 for a decent trickle charger.

It's crack cocaine for engines! Leave well alone.

Once used on a diesel engine that engine will never ever start again without it.

And you don't want your GS out every night nickin' cars to feed it's addiction.
