Commutator removal

Hi all,

Anyone know how to remove the commutator from the bottom of the ignition barrel? I've bought a replacement, but don't know how to get the existing one out.

Remove red sealer with a sharp pick - inside the recess is a very small screw - undo it, and the bottom of the ignition will detach
