Compact Flash Card

I know this has been covered a number of times before, but can anyone tell me the best place to purchase a 2MB CF card which i dont also have to buy a card reader for which is already formatted if such a thing exists.
I have just go my 2610 working and am looking to increase the memory from 128k (GPSW special).

Makes no difference.

The benefits of the high-speed cards are when writing to them, in applications such as digital cameras.

i've got a 2gb 133x speed card and it locks up regularlly. i brought a cheap 45x speed one, and its purfect.
