Hi, very new here so please excuse if this an easy fix.
recently bought a connected ride cradle and second hand navigation prep for my f850gs 2018, plugged it all in and have tried to follow the bmw app instruction when connection to the cradle and i don't have an option to switch from TFT to NAV via the rocker switch. cradle is getting power and green light is shown but nothing on the TFT display.
any ideas are welcome
