Connected ride cradle

Hi guys, hope someone can help, my connected ride cradle has stopped working with bike, I do get power from USB C on side but no green flashing light bottom left corner. Tried the cradle on another BMW and it works perfectly. Anyone had this issue or any pointers?

Have you tried cleaning and checking the pins aren’t sticking on the cradle mount?
