Hi Everyone,
I often have the pleasure of having to ride on the M1, this in itself is ok and can be fun. The problem I am getting is if the traffic builds up and I can't filter, the bike gets hot.. Very hot, I have had seven bars recently, and I thought it was going to set fire to my boots
Well I have had an idea, I thought I would put it on this board to see if it has been tried before by GS'ers. I was thinking of mounting a small fan behind the oil cooler, obviously small enough not to get in the way of the forks, something like the fans on prosessers in computers. and running it off a switch, or if anyone out there can make it 'cut in' at six bars on the RID it would be better? Has this been tried by any one in the past? any info or comments are most welcome

But my Touratech panniers do come close to cars wing mirrors, sometimes a little too close
