corroded pins

my 1100 has been laid up for 3 years and I'm trying to put it back on the road and the electrical plugs under the tank are very corroded and making very poor contact , I've tried some electrical cleaner from maplan to no avail so some advise from the wise would be good is there some thing i could use to get the verdigris off the pins or do I replace the pins or the whole harness

I've always used wire wool or a thin strip of wet and dry/emery cloth. Also just got a dremel with a small brass brush which has saved a hell of a lot of time and effort on an old gpz i'm restoring top bit of kit.

thought there might be a quick fix but hay ho bought a draper dremil tool and some brass brushes now just have to find some elbow grease thanks for the info
