Off to Europe @ end of June. France, Corsica, Italy, Germany and Luxembourg. Cannot wait to get back to Corsica again. Was amazing last time we were there!

Please share:

How long?

Where staying?

Routes to be used?

Anything else considered helpful.

Thanks.

We will be on Corsica about the same time. We are going via Santander, Barcelona and Sardinia first. Back the same way. Look out for an overloaded 2-up red and white V85TT. Probably around the south and east sides of the island.

Upon leaving Siena, and if you have time might I recommend a bit of a detour to the little hilltop town of San Gimignano, about an hour northwest, which is said to be one of the nicest towns in Tuscany.

We actually went there in in 2022...the day before I proposed in Siena.

Hi, went in August of last year , absolutely fantastic, only boring bit of information to pass on regarding the trip was on our ferry crossings, we used Corsican Ferries (yellow boats). Take your own ratchet straps, the so called straps on the boat were strips of material or the worst used nylon rope I’ve seen, everything else regarding the boat was perfectly fine. Have a great time.INBOC

Yes...check my original post..it mentions taking your own straps! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Our ferry crossing from Toulon to Corsica is on July 1st. Just had an email from the ferry company asking if I'd like to book dinner? :ROFLMAO:

Well we leave on Friday, can't wait!

Yesterday I had email from PandO asking if we want extras, such as the meal package. We can pay for them in advance but cannot book a table in advance! Have to book on board, which tbh, we kind of already knew, as we are regular travellers.

We also got an email from Corsica ferries. You can book dinner and breakfast in advance and pay after you have eaten. We can also check in up to 7 days in advance.

Come on PandO....sort it out.

Just pulling into Bastia now on the ferry from Livono.
Perfect weather for 4 days of riding bliss round the island.
😀
