Cost to change from 2019 to 2022

Totally agree, one of the fellas who rode with us in Spain was on a "21 GSA. I said to him, that when he indicating and braking at same time, there is no way anybody can figure out why the feck is one slamming on the anchors with the road being clear ahead, cause you can't see the indicator once stoppers are lit up. If I was to But latest GS/GSA. Id be asking to have older style indicators to be fitted and and a perfectly good tail light to be programmed as it was pre 2021.

I haven't a clue how that set up passed the German TUV approval, knowing how fecking strict they are about their vehicle safety.

Thankfully I think the new indicators are part of a “pack” over here together with the dynamic headlight, we don’t have TE here, just various packs

Definitely something I would not be selecting if I was buying a new one now

It's like BMW jumped a few years to late on to the HONDA "amber side lights up front" band waggon, but at same time made meal of it at the back.
They have done same mess on the S1000RR. What is wrong with a regular Tail Light?
Both bikes look hideous IMHO.

I part exchanged my Sept 2018 1200 GSA for a new 2021 1250 GSA (both TE versions) in July of this year. My 2018 bike had 12000 miles on it and after a bit of haggling on the phone, it cost me £5200 to change.

BTW. I love the new rear light set up. Having followed a few with the same fitted, I personally think the new set up is more visible in day and night conditions. I wouldn’t go back to the old set up.
