just bought the tent... and they knocked 20% off....

Does that mean you got 20% off the sale price. I was in their store near Cirencester yesterday and hesitated on buying a Jack Wolfskin tent reduced to £150. Might go back if there's a bit more off.

Cotswolds have gone downhill recently, seems to be full of students without much sense (I suppose it's that time of year for cheap labour).
I bought some gear today, a sleeping bag amongst it, turns out its too short and narrow, but the student serving me didn't point out that I might need the XL version
now I've got to waste time and money taking it back.
If it wasn't for the 15% discount I'd be shopping elsewhere, Cotswolds used to be full of knowledgeable outdoors people not PCWorld or Halfrauds employees !!
