There are some bike bays in Arundel Street towards Temple Bar, there are also bike bays in Northhumberland Avenue behind Charing Cross station.

As Tom mentioned we could perhaps include a trip to the Excel bike show during the day.
So for those wishing to make a day of it, the agenda would be something like this:
10:00 - 11:00 arrive at the Excel for the show
Have lunch at the show or bring some along
17:00 - 19-30 Travel to pub near Aldwych (TBA)
19:30 India Club (via Off License)

The Wellington is not a bad pub - on the corner of Wellington Street and the Strand.
There must be an offie nearby - the LSE is only a stone throw away! I think there is an Oddbins a short step from the Wellington down the Strand.
To go to the bike show all I've got to do is sort out a slight diary clash (WORK) and I'll be there - but most likely to be the evening only.

I might be able to get along, depends if i'll be elsewhere doing a ukulele gig on that night. I'll ask my manager if i've got any bookings.
