Cush hub bearing

How easy are they to change? Do I need a bearing puller for the job or am I just better off dropping it off at a bike shop ?

Bearings are toast.

Nice and easy to change, just get the hub nice and warm with a hot air gun first

Then what ? Bash it out?

Should there be a seal on this side of the bearing?

so is there a guide for this anywhere? i don't see it on the reprom

I normally put the hub down on some soft wood, then find a socket that fits snuggly onto the bearing from the top of the hub, and gently knock them through.

I'm sure i read somewhere they was different to the wheel bearings but the reprom shows the same part number.

just incase anyone else came across this i just found the thread below saying the parts fishe is wrong and the correct size bearings are here.
