CW Dorchester - First Class

Just wanted to put some positive remarks down about just how good everyone is down at CW.

I bought my HP2 during the failure of SPC and have had a nightmare getting everything sorted with BMW about the incomplete delivery and failures of SPC putting the bike together. Spoke to CW and they said they'd sort everything and do the free first service for me.

Any I've been down there a couple of times now... dropping the bike at 30 mph a couple of weeks ago didn't help. I've had fantastic service, they've got all the parts in I wanted in extra quick time, have even sourced so very difficuly to find bolts for the new engine bars whilst I waited.

Can't recommend them enough and will continue to use them whatever happens in the mess of Hampshire dealerships, well worth the ride out there!

I'll second that!!!!!!

After dealing with 3Cross Motorcycles also known as Double Cross or very cross for those that have dealt with them, its a real cultural shock to use a dealer who really pulls out the stops to get things sorted. I wouldn't take the beemer anywhere else, anyway they do good coffee!!

Funny you should say that as I've found them to be the most hostile unwelcoming dealership I've ever visited............suffice to say I've never bought a bike from them and I very regularly buy from a cross range od dealers!

Yeah but the fresh doughnuts, mince pies and pasties and chips yesterday where above and beond.... proper fat food.... perfect for riding in the freezing cold!
