Dammit, bought a 1200GS after all!

Finally realised that although I wasn't completely over the moon with the 1200GS, there's nothing else out there that competes (see my thread on being disappointed with the KTM 990 Adventure).

Soooo, I chopped in the 1150 and bought a year-old 1200GS today from Cannon, 5k on the clock.

ps if anyone wants to beat £5,700 for an 03 1150 GS, ABS, full luggage, Y-piece, heated grips, 20k miles, full BMW sh, let me know before noon tomorrow (May 18)

Good choice

I sold my 1150 for a ktm 950 thought the grass was greener,
alas after crap service from a certain dealer lost all confidence then
bought a 1200

person who bought my 950 is now on a 1200
