Datatool Alarm Problems/Removal

Can anyone help by pming the 'bridge' trick?
S3 fitted to a 04 1150gsa stuck in France at the moment.
Can't disarm with fob. Changed battery, tried resetting no joy

I had the same alarm on my 1150. I took the tank off and just rejoined all the wires that had been cut to fit the alarm. Took about 30 mins.

Thanks John, AA came to the rescue within an hour and brought bike to a dealers. Removing alarm altogether

If security is a real issue, fit a tracker. There are one or two places on R1200GS where they can be hidden away or at least are not accessible without lots of stripping down. But remember to park where there is enough mobile phone signal to deliver text messages.
