I'd be up for giving it a go and for following Louis suggestion of doing the Ironman approach so that I have someone to help me pull the pig out the various ditches I'm bound to drop it in

I also think we should organise an HP2 weekend, perhaps mid/late May? I'll talk to Louis about some dates.

From what I understand this year's d2d is a 24h special.

There's a 6 hour, a 12 hour & a 24 hour.

I'd be available to help out any UKGSer team with making coffee, offering support & boosting morale etc.

a long trail ride on Saturday and off Road Training in Valkensward MX Track on the Sunday and all for 75 euro in food if camping

I've just watched the video attached to the regs........Now i am scared!!!

When is everyone going to start sending of cheques etc? Do we have a team name. TEAM TOSSER - HP2Extreme is my starter for ten. Is there anyone on this forum who would be willing to do us a deal on printed shirts/banners/race tops?

and not wishing to get too excited and run before walking and all that, maybe a month or so before, if possible all meet up for a weekends bimble somewhere?

Just got back from Holiday, glad to see that we now have a 4 man team!! Think we will have to sign up individually for the Iron Man 12 hour event. Send you details off asap and get registered.

We can work on the details once we have places in the event.

The Langdale 2 day Rally would be a good event to enter as well to meet up at as well?
