As commented on before, thanks for the time and effort doing the organising Richard & Chas. Enjoyed the ride and grub stop and good to hear you all got back ok.
I headed off back to St Omer for a stop over then up early for a tour around the V2 bunker museum 'La Coupole'.
Then headed over to Belgium to Poperinge with a stop off en-route at Lijssenthoek WW1 Military cemetary with over 10,000 graves of commonwealth soldiers plus some French and Germans.
After Poperinge i had spent a hour or so wandering around Ypres and the Menin gate with the names of nearly 35,000 missing commonwealth soldiers from WW1.
Then down to Lille, followed by a cross country route up to Dunkirk and back along the coast for the train home.
I got home about 21:30 and covered just over 500 miles.
