3 flashing red lights and green power light = hardwear failed . Just out of warranty , Bill &Co is collecting the box next week for repairs . My boy was gutted . Wander how much will cost...Coustumer service is good.

Heard a thing on the radio a few months ago about an overheating problem with these where they were replacing/repairing them free of charge well outside of warranty at a huge cost to save bad press.
might be worth doing a search on the web to find our what's involved.

Have a look here. Had to send both the 360's from our house back before xmas. Both were replaced with new units with a new warranty period. Service was very good, supprisingly.
