can anyone explain why i can get a better deal on a new gs 650 over the phone to rob from williams bmw manchester than i can from clarks bmw rednal face to face quite, a significant differance about £600 going up tomorrow to fetch it ,they said there was nothing they could do on the price not impressed at all .

£600 seems a lot! Well done for getting the deal. I have heard that some models are selling as fast as BMW can ship them just now and so deals are limited.

As a matter of interest, does anyone know the typical margin on a new bike?
