Deleting Cloud Storage

Why, after deleting a route from my cloud storage, does it reappear when I reopen Basecamp?

It's saved in my Cloud Storage within Basecamp.

Are you running the latest version of BC as there were problems in earlier versions, just tried it on my version and works fine. has it been working and just stopped, or is this the first time you have used it.

Latest version of BaseCamp. I've never been able to delete this route from the Cloud Storage.

I'm not sure where this particular route came from as it's finishing point is somewhere in the Atlantic, off the coast of Africa!

I cannot get rid of it.

if it is important that you have to delete this route, maybe you could call to garmin and get them to locate and delete the file for you, or at least give you an explanation as to why you cannot delete it. Just as an after thought can you log in from a different machine and try to delete it from there.

Are you using a Mac? If so you may need to empty the trash after deletion

I'm on a P.C & think I've cracked it.

Saving the route under a different name has allowed me to delete it. Not sure why. There were a few numbers in the route name. Anyway, it's gone, finally!
