Deleting routes IN 660

In baby speak,
How the F do I delete ALL routes in my 660,Ie as a new one.
Have done a hard reset, which I thought would remove all, it didn't.
I have done manually deleting but they always appear again.

Are the routes on an external SD card? You may need to manually delete them from there. Connect the Zumo to a PC and then the SD card should appear on the PC as another drive. Delete them from there.

Yep, like what he said. When you do a hard reset you only clear the Zumo internal memory. Your routes are on a crd so after each reset it simply re-installs 'em from the card.

Sorry chaps no card inserted,
well as far as I can see, there isn't one in the slot under the battery.just a hole for it.
Done the hard reset twice,still all there.!!

I think he's already stated that he's tried deleting them manually (i.e. without hard reset).

Many thanks' for your replies ppl,
Have managed to delete all the old route's somehow??
Think it was because I had them in a folder on the computer and it/ I seemed to be uploading them each time I THINK!!
I Saw a folder on the computer it had all the routes in it, so I deleted it
NOW ALL GONE.So that must have been why ??
