Not exactly - I knew several people who worked there , one now dead . One of them organised me a trip round the factory (I gave someone "famous" a lift there, that Sunday morning , on the back of a GL1000 K1) , another gave me a run in one of the cars ... nice to have done !

I remember being in the factory once Delorean had closed, massive place. it was all empty at the time, remember lots of delorean items on the walls, posters, notes, memos etc on headed paper. I'm sure they were binned, no ebay back then.

Took a lap on the test track on an old Talbot express van.

Years ago I gave some bike bits to a guy, he had no money so I just let him off, a week or two later he came back with a wiring loom, heater dash bits and whatever from a Delorean all new, sent to a scrappy where he worked, i kept them for years then binned them, i think now i should have kept them!
