Looking at the kit, does this horn need to be operated via a relay ? Thought it was plug n play ?

That used to be my go-to horn, I fitted them to all my bikes but they are hard to find nowadays - are they still being made?

Thinking back, was there not a thread about using a bmw 3 series horn, which are readily available from your local vehicle dismantlers ?

Be patient, must be a way to fit the mini and the original horn, that would be awesome, positap into the canbus etc, hoping the clever sparks will jump in soon, or make a cable.

Unless relayed this will probably trip the canbus,
Some horns have relay kits as additional purchases but its not hard to make one

Made a wiring/relay loom and all was good - until the bike was stolen.
Thanks Mr Bean, much appreciated.
All my bikes are pre- cab bus so no worries with the wiring, just a simple swap.![]()
They are. Amazon/eBay for about £10

From memory they draw something like 20 amps, so maybe need a relay?
Thats justs the relay Bob you would need the harness from the same page too.
