Not very ofter (Never) have I had any reason to give a shout out to these guys (or any dealer for many many years) but yesterday as planned I took my GSA to have the emergency call system software updated and an annual service, Left the bike at 09:00 and asked the salesman for a number of a taxi to get me back to the train station as the bike is in overnight. (Didn't fancy a courtesy bike and had stuff to do so.....), I was kindly offered a lift, not insignificant as distance was small but the time was taken by rush hour muppets which was time consuming.

Roll on Today, I was there via a never to be attempted again train journey full of awful smells and way to many people, anyway The bike wasn't ready so had to wait 90 odd mins to get it, I missed an appointment and sadly I made that clear. But,fek me, they couldn't have been more pleasant and apologetic and sorted me out with a not so insignificant value from my bill.
Reminded me of the old dealer days when you were treated right.
So al in,good experience and a nice change.
 
Great to hear positive feedback, I have used them, but they are a reasonable distance.
 
Let me tell you about old Dick Lovett. I paid last year for a 3 service package. I phoned in January to book the gs in for a service in April, the girl on phone said there is no need to book now as it's not busy and to phone nearer the date I need it. I phoned in Feb they said they can fit me in July, but phone and check for a cancellation. I have phoned a few times, most recent last Monday 5th May, the woman I spoke to took my details, I explained that I have gone past my service mileage of 12k and off to the tt soon. How am I fixed as to warranty and is there any cancellations. She said, I will get back to you, what is your tel number and email. Nothing.... I have emailed them...... nothing. I then get an automated email off them saying my service is due. I am very disappointed with their customer service, and can not recommend them .

That's a shame. If you're ready to book maybe you should have booked anyway at your convenience not the dealers.
I think I booked mine months in advance to fit in with my work schedule. they didn't seem bothered.
