Let me tell you about old Dick Lovett. I paid last year for a 3 service package. I phoned in January to book the gs in for a service in April, the girl on phone said there is no need to book now as it's not busy and to phone nearer the date I need it. I phoned in Feb they said they can fit me in July, but phone and check for a cancellation. I have phoned a few times, most recent last Monday 5th May, the woman I spoke to took my details, I explained that I have gone past my service mileage of 12k and off to the tt soon. How am I fixed as to warranty and is there any cancellations. She said, I will get back to you, what is your tel number and email. Nothing.... I have emailed them...... nothing. I then get an automated email off them saying my service is due. I am very disappointed with their customer service, and can not recommend them.
