when we say "direct to battery" - as in, for wiring in a lead for heated kit or an optimal etc

do we actually mean using the negative terminal of the battery and the red-capped positive terminal which is accessible from the same (right hand) side cover?

because the actual positive terminal is quite hard to get to?

i have a keis heated vest that id like to wire direct to battery - am i OK to use the negative terminal and the plastic capped + one?

Thanks,

Graham

Yep just pull the red cap off, unscrew the bolt behind it, and put your live wire there, and negative on the negative bolt attached to the battery, just be careful not to touch the cables together, do one at a time.
