Hi guys,

I'm running out of space to fit anymore direct to the battery power cables with fuses. Room in the GSA TE's battery compartment is very limited as is available space under the seat. Has anyone re-routed the main battery pick off points to a remote location that's easier to access, if so how?

At the moment I've got two SAE connections (one for my heated gear, air pump and additional USB and one permanently wired into a monitored Optimate USB that powers a Ram Mount wireless phone charger) and one heavy duty connection for a battery jump start. Unfortunately I cannot charge the battery with a standard charger where its garaged, so I keep one of those power packs charged and on the bike just in case. Have had to use it once on my K1600, twice on other people bikes and once on a truck. Great accessory and one I would not leave home without.

Anyway, if anyone's got a solution to my space/tidy problem your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Tony

Why so many SAE pigtails, 1 is enough with fuse and will make all work, for phone use Din to usb plug

Denali Powerhub2 has SAE battery lead for air pump, Keis Heated clothing, Innovv C5 on it and then direct to battery I have the Denali CanSmart for D4 and SoundBomb and Powerhub.
The Powerhub has still a few open slots but don't think I will add more stuff to the bike, have everything I need.

Thanks for the info. I was looking at these devices but don't feel the need for additional Lights. I swapped out my horn for BMW 5 Car horn which works well and was plug and play with the same electrical fitting as the bike. My GTL has plenty of room for such additional connections, the GSA though is very tight. I've managed to install pretty well what I need but would prefer a more elegant solution. If needed I will go down the Denali/Can Smart route if needed though buts its rather expensive considering my applicatios. Anyway thanks to all for your input...

I agree it is expensive for what it is and how easy and cheap they can produce them. But been very happy with quality of Denali so far, had a few bad experiences with no name Chinese knockoffs previously. So rather stay with name brands these days. I got mine on a special a few months ago for £99 I think.

I agree, just purchase additional connections to plug in. Two leads off the battery should be ample.
