Im slowly wishing i had stayed clear of the BMW R1200GS,The potential fuel strip fault, the potential
final drive fault, the potential fuel sender fault, i seem to have the dreaded fuel strip fault, so do i have the rest to look forward to,
This is not a bike that i think i would feel comfortable taking on a long european trip.
i have a good 1200gs, but all the problems that are highlighted on this site worry me.
Do i really need to replace the fuel sender to a black top from a silver top one,
because they are so called prone to failing.
come on guys, i need to love my bike again give me some reassurance, that these are actually
great reliable bikes.
