I managed to get coils replaced under warranty but they weren't keen. Tried to convince me they had corroded and this led to the failure.

I've unplugged my secondaries and noticed nothing different in how the bike runs. I thought the coils must be dead but the plugs were the correct colour so must have been sparking.
