just remember that the Dutch police have a tendency, probably not yet as it’s too early in the season, to breathalise every car and bike driver coming off the ferries. I’ve seen it 3 times over the past years and always in the summer.

Yes I've seen them doing it Grant. I only have a few anyway.
A time and a place as they say.

Excellent!

Sadly, many and most of the old seafood stalls and shops of east London are now gone.

They started early then; two weeks ago they were testing only the biker contingent, disembarking at Europoort.

If bods are going to Cochem with Doc or on their own, I’d recommend a visit to the high suspension footbridge. It’s not far away.

The Geierlay Suspension Bridge (Geierlay Hängeseilbrücke) is the closest and most spectacular high suspension bridge to Cochem. Located near Mörsdorf, it spans 360 meters and hangs 100 meters above the valley. It is about a 25-minute drive (20 km) southwest of Cochem and is free to visit.

Location: The main visitor center and parking are in Mörsdorf (Visitor Center: Kastellauner Straße 23, 56290 Mörsdorf).
Tis pretty cool 👍

Met Neal @rustychain last night on the ferry for a few beers and hopefully sorted him out with a few things to do around the surrounding Cochem area.
Let's see what the weather does for my ride down to Cochem later. Think I dropped lucky yesterday.
And safe travels to our lass who is currently in Manchester Airport.
