Thanks to this thread I am actually looking at planning a 2027 trip there. Will ask some more questions later. Looks absolutely great especially the excursions into Czechia as well

Mates place is full and he kindly offered a place at his but didn't think it was right so we are staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay here and can't believe I still haven't seen another English bike out and about in this fantastic area.
Hotel = spot on. Did have a small issue with bike parking but that worked out fine. Can't comment on food as we went out as loads of bars & restaurants just over the road.
Would definitely visit the area again.
Long ride today to my favourite place in Germany and Jayne likes it and a few things planned so all good.

There was a time we could comfortably out run nearly all things on the autobahns and other rds if you were on the right tackle for the job(ZZR1100) only the trully exotic you would stuggle with; oh ; and 80mls to 19 liters was quite heavy; but fun.

I suppose that's another reason to get up at dark o'clock. For me though starting before the sun goes down over the yard arm normally doesn't end well, lightweight that I am
