Does anyone fit their own tyres? What about balancing?

Have the tyres arrived yet?

Only ordered them two days ago, not expecting them for a few days yet.

I find a couple of heavy duty kwick clamps helps to keep the tyre in the wheel well, only needed when the tyres are stiff, warm them up in the airing cupboard, then the first bead should just push over the rim

Tyres just arrived. A week from ordering, so better than expected. Now have to find some time to actually fit them
