Does Tomtom Rider connect the same as Zumo

I have a zumo 550 connected to my autocom using the wired connection for voice prompts etc. and the BT connection for telephone calling.

My mate is thinking of getting a Tomtom Rider V2 and I wonder if anyone can tell me if that connects in a similar way, i.e. wired for some of the comms and BT for the rest, or is it totally bluetooth to the autocom?

As the TomTom does not have an MP3 player the lead would not be needed. It can only run on a BT connection so either a part 1273/1276 would be needed all depending on the system.
