Dublin - Tyre and fitment

Dunno anyone over your side of the city but the 2 I've used are :

Robbie in Moto Technic in Kimmage - http://www.mototechnic.ie or 014908947
(highly recommended by others here too :thumb)

Cotters in Ballymount -014603807 or [email protected]

Let us know where ya went, what ya got & what it cost :rob

Depending on what bike, sizes, prefered brand............ Caqn you give us a bit more info marcopol ?

I got a new set of boots for my Blackbird 3 weeks ago. A pair of 120/70 ZR17 and a 180/55 ZR17 Michelin Pilot Road 3's, I got them fitted and balanced (ride in ride out) for €320 in Moto Technic and Robbie even gave my brake pistons a quick clean F.O.C. :thumb

My brother got a set or PR3's for his TDM 850 - (110/80 ZR18 and a 150/70 ZR17) fitted for €300.

Cotters would have been €40-50 dearer for a ride in ride out fitting for both bikes.

Maddocks are doing some great deals at the mo on Metzelers AFAIK (watch out for the labour charges for fitting though!!)

Its really a case of ringing just around, But I'd be staying away from the main stealers if I were you!!!!

Tyres

Thanks for all the feedback. Just found out I have to travel to Newry tomorrow for work reasons. Got in touch with Crossans and they are going to fit the tyre I want (Anakee 3) for £104. Hard to beat that.

Might be worth checking Aone Tyres, on the A1, just south of Dromore, their prices and service are hard to beat.

About 15 miles north of Newry

Robbie in Moto tech is the chap. Excellent work and always a job well done.

Robbie in Mototechnic again.:beerjug:

However I have used A1 in Dromore before also and they were excellent too.
