well i have not been able to insure my new bike for a month now...putting it into moth balls till renewal in april going to some other mob...not going to give the gits money for admin ect...shouldn't have got into bed with them in the first place

Hopefully it was more than the process of you paying them money, and them sending you an email with your vehicle details that then enabled you to lawfully ride your bike ??.... if that was it that's not good service, that's simply a requirement..![]()
