So I see that the Hornet 750 and Transalp now have e-clutch options as well as the CB650R.
Game changing for £100 extra

What do I like about riding a motorbike? 🤔
Cornering and...... .... Using the gearbox 😉

I have never found using a conventional clutch to be an irritation (and I'm more likely to be able to service them myself)

the non e clutch 750 is 7449

shame they dont do the yellow or the white

the one they call yellow - has only yellow bits on a silver tank and tail

the red frame still makes my teeth itch

the matte black from the 1000 would be good

is the matte blue the same as the goldwing? didnt like it on the orig hornet (fek im old) but the 24 blue is nice

Think one of these will be in the garage soon, for the Mrs
Tried everything on the market and the 750 Hornet seems to be ideal for her

Not sure about the clutch, I guess we'll see whats in the dealership and the deals available....

When around 2004/5 I was asked if I wanted to try the latest offering for a new fleet of trucks, an automatic Renault Premium, I jumped at the chance.
Unknown to me, I was not the first driver asked at the time, more possibly the last one asked.
However after about 2 hours of driving I was hooked never ever wanted to go back to manual box trucks, with range change and splitter boxes to play with all day, Automatic was so much easier and on the left leg.

I guess automatic bikes will also be the norm in time for many new bikers, and much improved riding styles will ensue, due to concentration on driving rather than what gear you need to be in to take that hill.
The saving on clutches also a consideration to take in, specially on heavy laden touring bikes.

Auto bike and cars still have clutches, just not operated by the rider/driver

So very true, Automatically transmission-ally changed, I do think cars, bikes look silly driving themselves, but in time I may change that thinking as well. :green gri

E-clutch makes Transalp more "engaging"!

Fuck, that guys good.

Merely admiring the chaps word-smithery.

No. I've forgotten how to ride this winter. Shite UK weather to blame. :cautious:
