thanks for the welcome. seems to me that people are quick to complain about bad things but never mention the good things to people ( as you never said about the quality of service work until i asked ).
I'm sure M C E are very busy at the mo and aint got time to sneeze due to M C W been out of action.

I've always found MC to be most helpful, courtious, good humoured, value for money, understanding, ......... all in all - a great bunch...................

Busted!!! Wasn't having a go at you, but since the fire at glasgow we have had a huge influx of there customers and 2 workshop guys are doing what 2 dealers are normally doing. This also brings with it the irrate from the start of a phone call customers who are now inconvienienced due to the long booking times. ( you must have caught us after one of these

Can i please clear up the comment on the new management. M C is not under new management, has not been sold to J C and M C E is NOT closing. M C W has a new Dealer Principle other than that nothing is changing.

No they are not splitting. they just have 1 person in charge over there now as in M C E. The level of customer satisfaction will be higher now as both are gonna be singing from the same hymn sheet. know what i mean?

Is it true that North face "John" has left ?
Top bloke went the extra mile to help me out a couple of times![]()

You said in an earlier post that no praise about work carried out about service on the bike which is true I have no qualms about that. Management blame the workshop guys, could I please see the directive that was passed onto them from the service manager. "Because they are busy" but then again you seem to be blaming them for the poor customer service in your post, they are paid to fix bikes not customer service what part in the operation are you in dare I ask. Never was I irrate even after going outside for a smoke in the hope that someone would bring the newley serviced bike out I had to go in and get a pleasant mechanicto bring the bike out. The mechanics are not the face of the business they are the guys that fix the probs and probably the poorest paid and the guys that get the others out the sh1t so when the guys in the shirts pass the buck and get all uppitae that pizz'es me aff
