Just an endorsement for the guys at ebike..

When i got SWMBO's 650 gs a couple of months ago their online quote was by far the cheapest... everything done with the click of a mouse, paperwork through like lightning.

Anyway.. now sold the bike due to SWMBO's back.... emailed ebike this morning informing them i would be sending the certificate back to them as the insurance not now required...

Within the hour got a reply by email thanking me for informing them, and that they had cancelled the policy, and i would be getting a refund within 10 days....

That is top service, and not in my opinion, the norm....

Can only concur with you Bryn. I have had excellent service so far. Up to 4 bikes on a single policy, everything done quickly and online and no hassle.

I have just removed 1 bike from my policy online, it took about 2 minutes and even told me how much my refund would be. :thumb :thumb

Having said all that the real test of insurance is when you need to use it. Anyone had to claim through ebike yet?

Heard the stories about the low price quotes and package of services offered by this operator; sounds rather too good to be true.

Brother-in-law is currently progressing a claim with them for a recently damaged Tiger. He could not contact them over the weekend he crashed therefore had to resort to a local recovery operator to get him home. Will kepp you posted how they manage the claim.
