For most of these appeals for help I would agree with you but this is different. The place to fight this outbreak is where it is happening and the time to do it is now. It would not wipe out just the people you speak of then go away. Put it this way. The house at the opposite end of the terrace from yours catches fire and the occupant is somebody you can't stand. Are you going to wait until it spreads to the house of somebody you like before you start trying to put it out?
