Ordered a SW-Motech German rack for the new Dakar from Paul @ EIBC in Basigstoke

He had the rack in stock and described all the key features before deciding to purchase.(Only seen it on the web before)

Good advice, without the hard sell - despatched that day and was here @ 8.30am the next morning

top bloke even if he rides an african very helpful and honest, got a tankbag with detachable side bags, rode down to his plaice and he helped fit them got a fixing kit and quick release pannier mounts on order from him and has offered the service

Hmmm... been having great difficulty contacting Caveman regarding a tank bag that the GF ordered a week ago. Payment has been taken from her card , but still no tankbag over a week later. Also no confirmation e-mail for the payment.

The phone is reporting a full mail box - does anyone know if Caveman is off travelling ? If so, would have been nice to put something up on the website !

Things are getting desperate as we are away in a week and ahalf and the tank bag should have arrived ages ago.

So if anyone in the Basingstoke area can give him a shout or confirm his whereabouts we would be greatful.

All now sorted , but there was that "Touratech" feeling there for a bit

Caveman has been busy with his "other life" and hopefully has now got his backlog sorted.

Always a danger when something is set up up as a sideline becomes so popular I suppose, heres hoping to do further business with him in the future.

Hi - just to put my two-penneth in -- Caveman has provided us with excellent one-to-one service and I am sure there would have been a VERY good reason if there was a problem. He came up and fitted our panniers and engine bars (crash bars as I call them ) and who else would do such a thing -- to come to London?
